As a result, First Flight Insurance Group, Inc. was founded in September of 1996 to provide a viable, knowledgeable and competitive insurance market for safety conscious air and water recreational operations.

Over the past several years, First Flight has made its mark by insuring operations that focus on the vacation and leisure community. While working hand-in-hand with many recreational sports associations, and consulting with legal experts in that same discipline, First Flight Insurance Group, Inc. has developed programs that serve the insurance needs of the safety conscious recreational business. First Flight is a program oriented wholesaler. Our key to having overall success is a solid underwriting philosophy. In addition, realistic, yet competitive pricing and well thought out policy language all contribute to being able to offer a responsive, viable and reliable market for our customers. Our brokers are comprised of professionals who balance the need to serve their customer base along with the need to protect themselves from unnecessary liability exposures through careful screening and the important application process.

It's really quite simple. First Flight plans on being in the recreational/leisure insurance business for the long haul. Rather than just sell an insurance policy, First Flight Insurance Group, Inc. provides waivers, operations guidelines and other documents that work in concert with the third party liability coverage for each type of operation.
