of others or injury to others. Some policies may exclude passengers or participants.

Watercraft Liability/ P&I (Protection and
Indemnity): provides the insured coverage for legal liability damages from bodily injury and property damage
arising from the ownership or operation of a boat.
 General
Liability Insurance: coverage for liability that arises out of the conduct of a business. This could cover premises and operations exposures arising from the location of the business. Some policies include products and completed operations to cover liability from defective products or operations incorrectly performed. There are other types of coverage which may also fall under the general liability category.
Rental Property (jetskis, misc. watercraft,
misc. leisure rentals): provides the insurance protection
needed to pay damages for bodily injury or property damages occurring
from the use of rented equipment or property.
 Professional Liability Insurance:
provides insurance protection for alleged claims arising from instruction and
error or omissions in the performance of professional services.
